Job Description
DineAmic Hospitality is a distinguished company in the hospitality industry, known for operating high-volume, full-service restaurants that prioritize exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. With a reputation for combining refined dining with contemporary service standards, DineAmic Hospitality creates vibrant dining environments where innovation meets tradition. The company is committed to fostering a workplace culture where team members are valued, supported, and empowered to grow. They emphasize delivering high-quality food, superior customer service, and creating memorable moments for every guest who walks through their doors. DineAmic Hospitality's dedication to operational precision and a welcoming atmosphere makes it a leader in the restaurant management sector.
The company is currently seeking experienced and passionate Restaurant Managers to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial in managing the day-to-day operations of all front-of-house (FOH) team members, ensuring that sales targets are met, costs are controlled, and guests receive an extraordinary level of service. The ideal Restaurant Manager must bring at least three years of management experience from a full-service, fast-paced restaurant setting. Responsibilities include implementing productivity and quality standards, resolving operational problems, and recommending improvements to enhance overall effectiveness.
As a Restaurant Manager at DineAmic Hospitality, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales by cultivating strong relationships with guests and building repeat business. You will oversee shift operations from opening to closing to ensure smooth and efficient service. Maintaining the restaurant's ambiance—through managing lighting, music, and table settings—and ensuring food presentation meets the highest standards are critical to the role. This position also entails leading recruitment, training, coaching, and development of high-performing teams, thereby contributing to a positive and productive workplace environment.
Additionally, you will handle employee performance management, including providing ongoing feedback, conducting formal performance reviews, and enforcing policies consistently. Maintaining compliance with sanitation, legal regulations, and company policies to ensure a safe and healthy work environment is another vital aspect of this managerial position.
Working at DineAmic Hospitality offers not only the opportunity to lead within an established and respected hospitality company but also to develop your managerial skills in a supportive setting committed to your professional growth. The company fosters diversity and inclusion and ensures equal employment opportunities without discrimination. Joining DineAmic Hospitality means becoming part of a team dedicated to hospitality excellence and guest satisfaction.
