Job Requirements
- must have minimum 2 years experience as a dining room manager in a full-service high-volume restaurant
- must have current food safety and sanitation certification
- must have current alcohol training certification
- must be able to effectively communicate in english verbal and written
- must have strong leadership and coaching skills
- must be able to motivate and inspire a team
- must have knowledge of alcoholic beverages and beverage service
- must have strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- must be proficient with point-of-sale and bookkeeping systems
- must be proficient with web-based computer applications and microsoft office suite
- must be available to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and varied shifts
- must be 21 years of age or older
- must have reliable transportation
- must have high stamina to stand for extended periods
- must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
- must be professional, energetic, hardworking, honest, and team-oriented
