Job Description

We are a locally owned and operated Dunkin' franchise, proudly part of the PAGE Ventures franchisee network, which owns and operates multiple Dunkin' locations. Established under the renowned Dunkin' Brands Group, Inc., Dunkin' is a leading global brand recognized for its quality coffee and baked goods. Founded in 1950, Dunkin' has become America's favorite all-day, everyday stop for coffee, donuts, bagels, and muffins. The company leads the market in hot and iced coffee beverages—offering regular, decaf, and flavored options—and holds a distinguished No. 1 ranking for customer loyalty in the coffee category by Brand Keys for 14 consecutive years. With over 13,100 restaurants spanning 41 countries worldwide, Dunkin' maintains its commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.

Joining our team means becoming part of a fast-paced, high-energy environment that values strong leadership and a guest-first culture. We deeply believe in fostering positive relationships with both our guests and team members, striving to create a welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels valued. The Dunkin' brand standard emphasizes quality, service, and cleanliness, which we uphold to ensure our customers enjoy memorable visits every time.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Dunkin' team and oversee the full operation of the restaurant. This full-time position requires a minimum commitment of 50 hours per week, where 40 hours are compensated at the base hourly rate and 10 hours at an overtime rate. Your leadership will directly impact team morale, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

In this role, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and developing employees, setting clear job expectations, and providing ongoing coaching and feedback. Monitoring and appraising employee performance, conducting disciplinary actions when necessary, and fostering a collaborative team environment are integral components of this position. Operational excellence includes ensuring each shift is appropriately staffed, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, and adhering strictly to brand and franchise standards.

Your duties will also include executing marketing promotions and new product rollouts, managing costs effectively to maximize profitability, setting sales goals, and tracking results to ensure the location meets or exceeds them. With a passion for high standards, you will act as a role model for your team and contribute to continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, possess strong math and financial management skills, and hold restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and candidates should be at least 18 years old where applicable. Competencies such as understanding guest needs, driving guest satisfaction, maintaining team focus, and effectively managing conflicts and interpersonal relationships are key to succeeding in this role.

We offer a dynamic work atmosphere where your leadership skills can thrive alongside competitive benefits, including paid time off, gym membership reimbursement, quarterly bonus potential, and health care coverage.
