The Restaurant Manager position at Raising Cane's plays a critical role in supporting the Restaurant Leader with day-to-day operations. The job environment requires physical work including standing, walking, lifting, bending, and interacting directly with customers. The role also involves working in various conditions both indoors and outdoors, around food products, allergens, industrial equipment, and cleaning products, necessitating the use of personal protective equipment to ensure safety and compliance.

A Restaurant Manager acts as the manager on duty with responsibilities that include opening and closing the restaurant, managing cash handling, enforcing company policies, and ensuring all operations meet Raising Cane’s high standards.
