We are currently seeking individuals interested in an exciting and rewarding career in restaurant management. This is a full-time role within a growing and stable company that values its employees and rewards outstanding performance. Our management trainees benefit from an extensive 10-12 week comprehensive training program that combines classroom instruction with hands-on experience in our restaurants. This program is designed to provide new managers with an in-depth understanding of all aspects of restaurant operations, from customer service and employee management to inventory control and financial oversight.

While prior management experience is preferred, it is not a strict requirement as we welcome passionate candidates ready to learn and grow within our company. Special consideration is given to candidates who have previous experience with Wendys, but all committed applicants who meet the basic qualifications are encouraged to apply.
