Job Description

Quality Brand Group LLC is a reputable multi-store franchisee operating numerous Dunkin' locations across Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Nevada, and Texas. As a franchisee of Dunkin', Quality Brand Group is committed to maintaining the brand's high standards while fostering a dynamic and supportive working environment. The company emphasizes personal growth, professional training, and creating an atmosphere where passionate individuals are empowered to provide exceptional guest experiences daily. Quality Brand Group values respect and dignity among team members and guests alike, cultivating a friendly and inclusive workplace culture. This approach has positioned the company as a successful and energized team within the competitive food service industry.

The Restaurant Manager role at Quality Brand Group presents a vital leadership opportunity responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a Dunkin' restaurant location. This role requires an individual who can manage both people and processes with precision and care. The Restaurant Manager is fully accountable for ensuring that operational standards, including quality service, food safety, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction, are rigorously upheld. Beyond the operational duties, the Restaurant Manager manages recruitment and development efforts to build and maintain a competent and motivated team. By focusing on training, development, and effective communication, the Restaurant Manager helps develop a cohesive team that consistently delivers a memorable guest experience.

A critical component of the Restaurant Manager’s responsibilities includes fiscal accountability. The manager must adeptly handle the full profit and loss (P&L) statement of the store, operating as if they owned the location. This includes setting and achieving sales and profitability targets while minimizing waste and controlling expenses. The role demands a high degree of engagement with both customers and team members, ensuring that each shift runs smoothly and meets the company’s rigorous standards. The Restaurant Manager is also tasked with overseeing the preparation of products according to operational guidelines and managing the service delivered by the team to maintain exceptional guest satisfaction throughout their shift.

Leadership is paramount in this position. The Restaurant Manager provides direction, motivation, and support to Shift Leaders, Assistant Managers, and store team members. This includes handling essential HR functions such as counseling, discipline, promotions, and terminations within the store. The manager sets a tone of excellence and accountability, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Additional responsibilities include managing scheduling, purchasing, sales tracking, training, and maintaining physical facilities. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, decision-making capabilities, and the ability to work independently with enthusiasm and motivation. Experience in the food service industry, coupled with food safety certifications like Serve Safe, is essential to meet the day-to-day challenges of this role.

In summary, the Restaurant Manager at Quality Brand Group plays a pivotal role in delivering the Dunkin' brand promise by leading a team that provides exceptional customer service, maintains high operational standards, and achieves financial success. This position offers a competitive salary, a monthly bonus program, employee meal discounts, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance benefits with company contributions, alongside paid vacation. Joining Quality Brand Group means becoming part of a passionate team dedicated to excellence and growth in a thriving food service franchise environment.
