Restaurant Manager

Hog Heaven is looking for an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead our team and drive excellence in every aspect of the restaurant.

We’re a full-service barbecue restaurant known for slow-smoked meats, bold flavors, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We’re seeking a leader who can own the overall operation, develop people, and deliver consistent guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

•  Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and administrative functions

•  Lead, train, schedule, and develop a high-performing team of managers and staff

•  Manage labor, food cost, inventory, and overall P&L to hit financial targets

•  Ensure outstanding guest service and resolve issues promptly

•  Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, safety, and presentation

•  Hire, coach, and retain talent while building a positive workplace culture

•  Handle scheduling, inventory ordering, vendor relationships, and compliance with all health and safety regulations

•  Drive sales through local marketing, community involvement, and operational excellence

What We’re Looking For

•  3+ years of restaurant management experience (full-service or high-volume preferred); barbecue or casual dining background is a plus

•  Proven ability to lead teams, control costs, and improve guest satisfaction scores

•  Strong knowledge of food safety (ServSafe Manager certification preferred)

•  Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

•  Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

•  Passion for barbecue and hospitality
