The role of a Restaurant Manager at Red Lobster is pivotal in maintaining the brand's reputation and operational excellence. This position comes with the responsibility of leading all restaurant operations while focusing on providing superior seafood and beverage service. Work-life balance is emphasized, with operating hours between 11 a.m. and 11 p.m., which helps managers avoid early mornings and late nights, accommodating a healthier lifestyle.
The compensation package for this role is competitive, with a salary range of USD 55,000 to USD 64,600 per year. Additionally, the role offers weekly pay and quarterly bonus eligibility. Benefits start immediately and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, voluntary benefits, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match after one year of service.
