As a full-time Restaurant Manager at Texas Roadhouse, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of both the Front of House and Back of House. Supervising food preparation to ensure consistency with established recipes and procedures is crucial. Additionally, conducting formal line Taste & Temps is part of your oversight to maintain food safety and quality standards.

Security and safety within the restaurant environment are paramount. You will be responsible for implementing security measures that protect both employees and guests. Efficiency in managing costs is essential, with weekly inventory control over food, supplies, and liquor to optimize profitability.
