This particular position is within the Shack Management team at the Brackenridge Park location in San Antonio, Texas. The role is full-time and involves managing daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and superior service. Candidates will be responsible for coaching, motivating, and leading a high-performing team, and they will play a key part in promoting the Shake Shack brand locally through community events and outreach. The ideal candidate will bring at least 2-3 years of experience in restaurant management within fast-paced, high-volume environments and have a thorough understanding of all operational aspects, including personnel management, food preparation, sanitation, safety regulations, and financial business operations. Food handler certification is preferred, and flexibility to work varying hours is required. Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction
- Train team members on all aspects of the Shack operations
