Landmark Hospitality is seeking a passionate and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join their team in a full-time capacity. This role is integral to the successful operation of one of the company's fine dining restaurants. The Restaurant Manager will lead with a hands-on approach to ensure exceptional guest service and operational excellence every day. The position requires full availability, including nights and weekends, with the ability to close the restaurant nightly. The manager will oversee various facets of the front-of-house operations, including managing the hostess team, ensuring guest check-in processes are seamless, and collaborating closely with the marketing department on initiatives to enhance customer engagement and business growth.

The Restaurant Manager is also responsible for maintaining standard operating procedures (SOP) related to sales and expenses to meet financial targets. They will lead by example, fostering a positive and growth-oriented environment where team members—referred to as memorymakers—can thrive and excel. Overseeing facility maintenance and repairs to ensure a pleasant dining environment falls within their scope, along with ensuring new team members are properly onboarded and integrated into the company culture. In addition, this role involves managing beverage purchasing and staffing to meet budget and payroll goals, as well as implementing and upholding all company policies. Crucially, the Restaurant Manager carries full profit and loss management responsibilities, overseeing budgets, forecasting, and profitability to support Landmark Hospitality's continued success.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in restaurant management
  • Availability to work nights and weekends
  • Ability to manage team and operations effectively
  • Strong understanding of budgeting and financial management
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of service
  • Experience with facility maintenance oversight
  • Proficiency in implementing company policies

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or similar role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills

Job Duties

  • Full availability on nights and weekends and able to close the restaurant on a nightly basis
  • Ability to manage the front door with the hostess team ensuring all guests are confirmed and checked-in appropriately
  • Work on marketing initiatives with our marketing department
  • Maintain SOP concerning sales and expenses
