Job Description
Chili's is a celebrated leader in the casual dining industry, originating from Dallas, Texas in 1975. Renowned for their iconic menu featuring Big Mouth burgers, house smoked ribs, sizzling fajitas, and perfectly hand shaken margaritas, Chili's has cultivated a vibrant culture centered on hospitality, fun, and community engagement. Over the decades, Chili's has built a reputation not only for great food but also for their commitment to exceptional service and the importance they place on making every Guest feel valued and welcomed. Their strong heritage combines the art of culinary excellence with a people-first philosophy that defines their brand and operations. As a company deeply rooted in service and giving back, Chili's continues to expand their footprint while maintaining a warm, approachable dining atmosphere that guests seek out time and again.
This role is an exciting opportunity for those passionate about hospitality to step into a leadership position as a Chili's Manager. Located at 530 Bushy Hill Rd, the position offers a competitive annual salary range of $68,000 to $75,000. The Manager serves as the crucial link between the team and the Guests, ensuring that Chili's high standards of operations, quality, and customer service are consistently met. Managers at Chili's are wired for hospitality, committed to creating exceptional experiences both for Guests and for the Team Members who bring the restaurant to life each day.
In this dynamic, fast-paced environment, Managers champion a win-together culture focused on teamwork and mutual support. They lead by example, modeling outstanding behavior, holding Team Members accountable to operational and quality standards, and fostering open, transparent communication. The role demands strong leadership skills that blend heart and mind — a balance of empathy with business savvy. Managers not only influence behaviors by championing change and new initiatives within the restaurant, but they also invest in developing their Team Members, hiring and training talent while nurturing future leaders. Utilizing Chili's operational systems to control costs and drive business results is a key responsibility, alongside ensuring safe food handling standards are rigorously followed.
The Chili's Manager is a community ambassador as well, driving Guest engagement both inside the restaurant and in the surrounding community. They embody the company’s Cultural Beliefs: Every Guest Counts, Food Perfection, Be Accountable, and Play Restaurant, ensuring these values permeate all aspects of the restaurant's operations and culture. This role is perfect for dependable team players who excel under pressure and possess great multitasking abilities, thriving in high-energy settings where they can blend business acumen with genuine hospitality to create unparalleled dining experiences.
Ultimately, a Chili's Manager is more than a supervisor — they are a leader and a motivator, dedicated to building a positive environment where both Team Members and Guests feel inspired and appreciated. This position not only offers the opportunity to grow one’s career in one of the most recognizable brands in casual dining but also the chance to play a central role in a company that values fun, respect, and continuous improvement on every level.
