Set to open in the spring of 2026, Asia Live marks the first expansion of the renowned China Live San Francisco brand. This exciting restaurant spans 12,000 square feet and features a unique open kitchen concept that allows diners to witness the culinary artistry in real-time. The establishment prides itself on providing authentic and modern dishes inspired by the diverse and rich flavors from across Asia. Committed to excellence, Asia Live ensures high-quality ingredients, exceptional service, and a welcoming atmosphere that resonates with both locals and visitors alike.
As part of the highly anticipated launch, the restaurant is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead its team and oversee all aspects of daily operations. This is a full-time position with a focus on maintaining high service standards and food quality while ensuring a smooth and efficient guest experience. The role demands a leader with robust managerial skills, deep passion for Asian cuisine, and proven experience in handling high-volume dining environments.
The Restaurant Manager at Asia Live will be the cornerstone of operational success, responsible for managing both front-of-house and back-of-house functions seamlessly. Key responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising staff to maintain a highly motivated and productive team. The manager will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service, managing guest feedback, and resolving concerns promptly to uphold the restaurant’s stellar reputation.
Maintaining the authenticity and impeccable presentation of Asian dishes is a critical aspect of this role. The manager will actively control food and labor costs by diligently monitoring inventory and managing vendor relationships. In addition, adherence to stringent health, safety, and sanitation regulations is paramount to ensure a safe dining environment.
Financial oversight is also a key duty, with the manager tracking sales performance and managing the restaurant's budget effectively. Beyond operations, the Restaurant Manager will contribute to business growth by developing and implementing marketing initiatives designed to attract and retain customers. Fostering a culturally respectful and team-oriented workplace will be integral to sustaining the vibrant and inclusive ethos of Asia Live.
This role offers the opportunity to be part of an exciting culinary venture, combining modern management practices with authentic Asian culinary traditions.
