The role of Restaurant Manager at Shake Shack is integral to maintaining the brand’s high standards for hospitality and operational excellence. This position involves overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction. Restaurant Managers play a crucial leadership role, guiding team members through training, motivation, and performance management. With a focus on coaching and achieving excellence, the manager drives operational success and fosters a positive, productive work environment. Additionally, this role includes developing and implementing strategies to promote Shake Shack’s brand within the local community through word-of-mouth marketing and special events.
Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations and managing the financial aspects of the restaurant business. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of restaurant management experience in fast-paced, high-volume settings, a strong ability to lead and inspire teams, and knowledge of restaurant operations including personnel management, food preparation, and purchasing. Food handler certification and flexibility in working hours are preferred.

- understanding of financial aspects of business operations
