The company is currently seeking a Manager who will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) functions in a fast-paced restaurant setting. This position requires a balance of leadership, operational expertise, and a customer-first mindset. The Manager will ensure that the restaurant maintains high standards of appearance, presentation, customer experience, and employee professionalism. This role includes scheduling, recruiting, and hiring staff, as well as fostering career development among team members to align with Bonefish Grill's brand values.

In addition to team management responsibilities, the Manager will be entrusted with implementing security protocols to safeguard employees and guests, complying fully with operational, safety, sanitation standards, and all relevant laws and ordinances. A strong working knowledge of the entire menu and preparation standards is necessary to uphold the quality and service expectations.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $56,485 to $70,000, with potential bonuses based on eligibility and business performance. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one year previous restaurant management experience
  • Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule
  • Minimum age 21 years

Job Qualifications

  • One year previous restaurant management experience
  • Experience in full service including bar restaurant management preferred
  • Certification in food safety preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred
  • Willingness to relocate within the assigned region preferred

Job Duties

  • Assist with staffing levels by scheduling, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring
  • Maintain high employment quality standards aligned with Bonefish Grill brand
  • Actively participate in career growth of hourly team members
  • Implement effective security protocols for employee and guest safety
  • Comply with operational, safety, and sanitation standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws, and ordinances
  • Ensure all health inspections meet required state standards
  • Respond to guest comments and build loyalty
  • Set the service standard for the restaurant
  • Have a working knowledge of entire menu and preparation standards
  • Engage in community and market-related opportunities at the restaurant
