We are currently seeking a passionate and energetic Restaurant Manager to join our team. The Restaurant Manager will oversee and energize the day-to-day operations of the Dunkin' store, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for every guest. As a Restaurant Manager, you will take on the responsibility of leading a motivated, high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest service. You will be managing core operational functions such as inventory control, staff scheduling, and cash handling, all while driving sales and profitability through effective cost management and marketing initiatives. The position requires a hands-on leadership approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to inspire and develop your team members for continuous growth and success. This role offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $70,000 per year, complemented by performance-based bonuses. Additionally, having a valid NYC Food Protection Certificate is mandatory for this role.
