The Manager position at Bonefish Grill plays a vital role in ensuring smooth front-of-house and back-of-house operations within the restaurant. Job Requirements
- One year previous restaurant management experience
- Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule
- Minimum age 21 years
Job Qualifications
- One year previous restaurant management experience
- Experience in full service including bar restaurant management preferred
- Certification in food safety preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred
- Willingness to relocate within the assigned region preferred
Job Duties
- Assist with staffing levels by scheduling, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring
- Maintain high employment quality standards aligned with the Bonefish Grill brand
- Participate actively in the career growth of hourly team members
- Implement effective security protocols to ensure safety of employees and guests
- Comply with operational, safety, sanitation standards, company policies, and applicable laws
