Job Description

Red Lobster is a well-established casual dining restaurant chain known for its focus on delivering fresh, high-quality seafood and exceptional dining experiences to guests across numerous locations. With a reputation built on quality service and a welcoming atmosphere, Red Lobster has become a popular destination for seafood lovers and families looking for enjoyable and consistent restaurant experiences. The company emphasizes not only great food but also outstanding hospitality, ensuring guests leave satisfied and eager to return. Red Lobster is committed to its employees, offering them career advancement opportunities and a supportive work environment that values training and leadership development.

The role of Restaurant Manager at Red Lobster is designed for individuals passionate about restaurant operations and leadership, especially those who dream of operating their own restaurant one day. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be the driving force behind the restaurant’s success by leading all aspects of the operation—this includes delivering top-tier seafood and beverage service, managing guest satisfaction, and cultivating an engaging and positive work environment for the team. The position focuses on combining strong business management practices with team development and customer service excellence to maintain high operational standards and promote growth.

You will be responsible for hiring, training, and inspiring your team, creating a fun and safe atmosphere where employees can develop personally and professionally. Managing performance is a critical aspect of this role; you will conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and discipline when necessary, and ensure team members understand and comply with employment policies. In addition to people management, you will focus on safety and cleanliness by enforcing safe food handling procedures and maintaining a clean environment for guests at all times.

Red Lobster invests significantly in its managers by providing in-restaurant training programs, individual development plans, and ongoing certification opportunities. This commitment to professional growth helps you stay at the forefront of industry standards and fast tracks your career advancement. The company also values work-life balance, with operating hours that avoid early mornings and late nights, supporting managers in juggling their professional and personal commitments effectively.

In return for your leadership and dedication, Red Lobster offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 51,900 to USD 65,600 per year along with weekly pay and quarterly bonus eligibility. Employees enjoy immediate eligibility for benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus life insurance and disability benefits. Retirement savings plans with company match, paid vacation, dining discounts, and numerous career growth opportunities make this role both rewarding and sustainable for long-term career plans. Joining Red Lobster means becoming part of a dedicated community focused on excellence in restaurant operations and employee development.
