The company fosters a culture that values family, acceptance, support, and strength, creating an inclusive environment where both employees and guests feel at home. With a commitment to quality of life, Olive Garden promotes a balanced work environment and significant career advancement opportunities within the hospitality sector. The company offers extensive training and development, ensuring that team members, especially Restaurant Managers, have the support and resources needed to excel in their roles and grow professionally. Olive Garden emphasizes safety, well-being, and community involvement, donating millions to food banks, supporting local communities, and maintaining strict health protocols aligned with CDC guidelines. Employment with Olive Garden includes competitive salaries, comprehensive benefits, and a robust support system for work-life balance, such as paid time off, maternity and paternity leave, and employee assistance programs. The role of Restaurant Manager at Olive Garden is vital to the success and smooth operation of each location. Reporting to the General Manager, the Restaurant Manager is responsible for leading their team with enthusiasm, focusing on guest satisfaction, and driving business results. This leadership role requires taking initiative, fostering a people-focused workplace, and cultivating strong relationships within the team and with customers. Managers benefit from an environment that values flexibility to help balance their busy lives, regularly working no more than 50 hours per week with guaranteed days off and at least one weekend off each month. Salary for Restaurant Managers ranges from $55,000 to $63,000 annually, with eligibility for quarterly bonuses. The position offers immediate access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, alongside company-paid short-term disability and life insurance. After one year of service, managers gain eligibility for company 401(k) plans with exceptional matching, tuition reimbursement, and participation in the employee stock purchase program at a discount. Olive Garden stands out as an employer that not only invests in the professional development of its staff but also supports their personal lives through comprehensive benefits and community support initiatives. Joining Olive Garden means becoming part of a winning family committed to mutual success and growth. Restaurant Managers are empowered to lead with passion and integrity, ensuring every guest and team member enjoys a welcoming and high-quality experience.
