This role is an exciting opportunity for experienced restaurant managers who want to lead within a fast-paced, high-volume setting while championing hospitality excellence and community engagement. The successful Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction. This includes managing a team, training staff on Shack operational standards, fostering motivation and high performance, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

The candidate will also play a pivotal role in brand promotion within the local community by organizing restaurant events and leveraging word-of-mouth marketing strategies. Leadership and coaching skills are essential, as the role focuses on developing and inspiring the team to deliver excellence consistently. The job requires flexibility and adaptability, as working varied hours is necessary to meet business needs.

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting
  • Working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security
  • Must exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level
  • Understanding of financial aspects of business operations
  • Food handler certification preferred
  • Willingness to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction
  • Train team members on all aspects of the Shack operations
  • Motivate and manage team members to provide highest level of hospitality
  • Demonstrate leadership with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence
  • Develop and implement plan to promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
