As a manager at Bonefish Grill, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of both the front of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH) functions within the restaurant. The Manager's responsibilities encompass staffing duties such as scheduling, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates who align with the Bonefish Grill brand’s employment quality standards. Implementing stringent security protocols to guarantee the safety of both employees and guests is a critical aspect of the role, as is ensuring compliance with all operational, safety, sanitation standards, company policies, as well as federal, state, and local laws and ordinances. Maintaining health inspections that meet or exceed state requirements is essential to the restaurant’s reputation and regulatory compliance.
