The position is salaried, offering a competitive compensation range from $56,000 to $65,000 annually, reflective of experience and expertise brought into the role. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be the cornerstone of operational success, tasked with leading a dynamic team in an environment where every detail counts. Not only will you monitor day-to-day performance, but you will also contribute to strategic planning that aligns with the company’s goals.
