This role involves managing both service and culinary staff to ensure every guest experience is nothing short of exemplary. Restaurant Managers at Legendary are entrusted with bringing our unique culture to life through positive leadership, clear communication, and dedication to outstanding service. The position is salaried, offering a competitive compensation range from $56,000 to $65,000 annually, reflective of experience and expertise brought into the role. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be the cornerstone of operational success, tasked with leading a dynamic team in an environment where every detail counts. Not only will you monitor day-to-day performance, but you will also contribute to strategic planning that aligns with the company’s goals. You will be recognized and rewarded for your leadership skills and commitment to driving results.
Success in this role requires proven ability to develop teams and inspire a performance-driven culture. You will need a working knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that facilitate excellent execution in a restaurant setting. The ideal candidate will have a stable working history demonstrating upward career progression, reflecting a commitment to growth and professionalism in the hospitality industry. Preferably, candidates should have prior salaried management experience to effectively navigate the complexities of restaurant operations.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management or related field
- Proven leadership capabilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
