The role of the Restaurant Manager at Biddy's is crucial in overseeing daily operations to achieve key goals in sales, food quality, cleanliness, labor management, and guest satisfaction. This position involves leading by example, working hands-on alongside team members for approximately 50 to 60 hours per week. As the front-line leader, the Restaurant Manager will support and guide staff, maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, manage inventory and deliveries, and ensure that the restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a dynamic leader who can train and coach employees, resolve guest concerns professionally, and maintain the overall culture and standards of Biddy's. Candidates who are excited about working in a fast-paced environment and who have the flexibility to work nights and weekends will thrive in this position. Bilingual skills, especially Spanish, are preferred but not required.
