Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience
- minimum 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurants preferred
- knowledge of state alcohol serving laws if applicable
- excellent communication skills
- strong interpersonal skills and conflict resolution abilities

Job Duties
- Supervise restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, and train employees
- assign and direct work
- appraise performance
- reward and discipline employees
- address complaints and resolve problems
- coach and mentor team members to ensure success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior and create a hospitable atmosphere
- assist team members with job duties as needed
- build store sales by executing corporate and local marketing programs
- champion sales building and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover and sales per guest
- meet and greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues
- maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes
- enforce work safety behaviors
- monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- control cash, review financial reports, and take appropriate actions
- manage food costs via recipes, portion control and inventory
- manage labor costs through scheduling tools
- perform other duties as assigned
