The role of Restaurant Manager at Mama Foo Foo is a key leadership position within the Front of House department. Job Requirements
- At least 7 years in management experience at full-service dining establishments
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a related role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety and hygiene
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in restaurant management software, guest management software, reservation systems, and POS systems
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate staff
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Adherence to health, safety, and licensing regulations
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver outstanding guest service
- Set clear expectations, provide guidance, and monitor performance
- Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, resolving customer concerns, and actively seeking feedback
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Identify training needs, conduct training sessions, and provide opportunities for staff growth and advancement
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Address and resolve any issues that arise, from guest complaints to staff conflicts, in a timely and effective manner
