Job Requirements

  • experience in a similar role within the hospitality/restaurant industry required
  • exceptional coaching and leadership skills to actively develop the next generation of high-performing leaders within the organization
  • a commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging culture for your team members and guests
  • a willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship
  • drive seamless service execution by maintaining strong cross-functional alignment and clear communication between the front-of-house and back-of-house teams
  • be able to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time
  • frequent bending, reaching, and stretching
  • repetitive manual tasks
  • and lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • the ability to legally work in the United States
