Job Requirements

  • experience in a similar role within the hospitality/restaurant industry required
  • exceptional coaching and leadership skills to actively develop the next generation of high-performing leaders within the organization
  • a commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging culture for your team members and guests
  • a willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship
  • drive seamless service execution by maintaining strong cross-functional alignment and clear communication between the front-of-house and back-of-house teams
  • be able to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time
  • frequent bending, reaching, and stretching
  • repetitive manual tasks
  • and lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • the ability to legally work in the United States

Job Duties

  • selecting and training the best talent in the community, creating high performing teams throughout the restaurant
  • maintain an active floor presence to uphold management expectations and ensure flawless guest experiences drive shift profitability by managing key metrics
  • utilize Earls selection, development and recognition programs to create an engaging leader and partner experience
  • develop and implement collaborative action plans with the leadership team to drive improved business results
