- experience in a similar role within the hospitality/restaurant industry required
- exceptional coaching and leadership skills to actively develop the next generation of high-performing leaders within the organization
- a commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging culture for your team members and guests
- a willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship
- drive seamless service execution by maintaining strong cross-functional alignment and clear communication between the front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- be able to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time
- frequent bending, reaching, and stretching
- repetitive manual tasks
- and lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- the ability to legally work in the United States

Job Duties
