Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Valid food handler's certification
  • Certification in alcoholic beverage service
  • Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced settings
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant in a scratch kitchen
  • Food handlers certification
  • Alcoholic beverage servers certification
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations
  • Results driven and team oriented

Job Duties

  • Lead restaurant operations to ensure smooth daily functioning
  • Manage bar, lobby, and to-go service efficiently
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent guest interactions
  • Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Motivate and develop team members
  • Monitor inventory and manage operational costs
  • Implement company policies and procedures consistently
