The Old Spaghetti Factory values teamwork, positive leadership, and creating a sense of belonging among its team members. This commitment has helped the company grow to 41 locations across 12 states, from Honolulu, Hawaii to Louisville, Kentucky, maintaining consistent quality and excellent service along the way. As a well-established restaurant brand, the Old Spaghetti Factory offers a work environment that supports career advancement, professional growth, and a genuine culture of care and inclusivity.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for leading a department within the restaurant, ensuring that the teams have everything they need to deliver excellent guest service and create an outstanding dining experience. This role requires a leader who can motivate and coach staff by leading through example and maintaining a positive, energetic approach. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, manage costs including food, bar, labor, and inventory, and ensure compliance with all labor laws and safety policies. This position offers a competitive salary range of $57,165 to $66,915 per year, with the starting salary determined by experience and education. There is the prospect of a pay raise upon successful completion of training and annual raises based on performance evaluations.
As a key leadership role, the Restaurant Manager will carry out various responsibilities including shift planning and scheduling, opening and closing duties, implementing specials, promotions, and marketing initiatives, as well as assisting with interviewing, onboarding, and orienting new team members. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in the food and beverage industry as a server or bartender. While formal training or leadership experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service are essential to succeed in this position.
