Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience in a server or bartender role
- Strong leadership and communication skills preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be self motivated and proactive
- Commitment to excellent guest service
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and safety policies
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a server or bartender
- Preferred experience in training or leadership roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Oversee teams for successful guest service and guest experience
- Cost control for food, bar, labor, ordering and inventory
- Train, mentor and coach teams
- Shift planning and scheduling
- Ensure compliance of labor laws and safety policies
- Perform restaurant opening and/or closing duties
- Lead and motivate teams supporting company culture and business needs
- Implement specials, marketing initiatives and internal contests
- Assist in interviewing, onboarding and orientation of new team members
