Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years experience in a server or bartender role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Must be self motivated and proactive
  • Commitment to excellent guest service
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and safety policies

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a server or bartender
  • Preferred experience in training or leadership roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive and approachable personality
  • Ability to motivate and lead teams
  • Passion for excellent customer service
  • Collaborative team player with self-motivation and drive to succeed

Job Duties

  • Oversee teams for successful guest service and guest experience
  • Cost control for food, bar, labor, ordering and inventory
  • Train, mentor and coach teams
  • Shift planning and scheduling
  • Ensure compliance of labor laws and safety policies
  • Perform restaurant opening and/or closing duties
  • Lead and motivate teams supporting company culture and business needs
  • Implement specials, marketing initiatives and internal contests
  • Assist in interviewing, onboarding and orientation of new team members
