Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute up to 25-30 miles each way to work
- Ability to work approximately 47.5 hours per week including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Self-motivation and initiative
- Ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests
- Strong organizational skills
- Authorized to work in the USA
- Minimum of 1 year prior experience as a restaurant manager
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a restaurant manager in fast food or quick casual high-volume restaurants preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated with the initiative to achieve goals independently
- Genuine passion for teamwork and guest service
- Ability to engage and build relationships with guests and staff
- Creative ability to work with the community to build sales
- Authorized to work in the USA
- At least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Lead daily restaurant operations including delivering high-quality menu items and motivating staff to provide excellent guest service
- Maintain restaurant revenue, profitability, and quality goals ensuring efficient operations and high standards
- Create and sustain a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Invest in training and developing team members to execute flawless service
- Collaborate with General Manager to implement strategic initiatives and operating standards
- Drive sales and profit growth while promoting accountability across the team
- Model Wendy's core values in all aspects of restaurant management
