The Manager at Bonefish Grill plays a crucial role in maintaining the daily operations of both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) functions. This leadership position requires overseeing the restaurant’s appearance, customer experience, and employee performance with limited supervision. The Manager is responsible for recruiting, hiring, scheduling, and retaining quality employees aligned with the Bonefish Grill brand values. They are expected to actively participate in staff development, ensuring the team meets company standards for food safety, security, and sanitation. This role also involves handling guest feedback, building loyalty, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. The Manager must have a working knowledge of the entire menu and preparation standards to effectively lead the team and engage with the community.

This position requires previous restaurant management experience, a flexible work schedule including evenings and weekends, and a minimum age of 21. Preferred candidates are those with experience managing full-service restaurants including bar operations, food safety certification, and a willingness to relocate within the assigned region. Job Qualifications

  • Experience in full service including bar restaurant management preferred
  • Certification in food safety preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred
  • Willingness to relocate within assigned region preferred

Job Duties

  • Assist with staffing levels by scheduling, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring
  • Maintain high employment quality standards aligned with the Bonefish Grill brand
  • Participate actively in the career growth of hourly team members
  • Implement effective security protocols to ensure safety of employees and guests
  • Comply with operational, safety, sanitation standards, policies, and laws
  • Respond to guest comments and build loyalty while setting service standards
  • Maintain working knowledge of menu and preparation standards
