Job Requirements
- Minimum two years of restaurant management experience
- Willingness to work 50 hours per week including five 10-hour shifts
- Availability to work holidays and weekends as required
- Possess a caring attitude with dedication to hospitality
- Valid driver’s license
- Fluency in English

- Two or more years of successful restaurant management experience
- Ability to lead and inspire hospitality-focused teams
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in managing restaurant operations and staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Fluent in English
Job Duties
- Manage all front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver excellent guest experiences
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
- Oversee scheduling, staffing, and labor cost management
- Collaborate with home office support for operational guidance
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Drive sales initiatives and monitor business performance
