Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years of restaurant management experience
  • Willingness to work 50 hours per week including five 10-hour shifts
  • Availability to work holidays and weekends as required
  • Possess a caring attitude with dedication to hospitality
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Fluency in English

Job Qualifications

  • Two or more years of successful restaurant management experience
  • Ability to lead and inspire hospitality-focused teams
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in managing restaurant operations and staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Fluent in English

Job Duties

  • Manage all front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • Lead and motivate team members to deliver excellent guest experiences
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
  • Oversee scheduling, staffing, and labor cost management
  • Collaborate with home office support for operational guidance
  • Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Drive sales initiatives and monitor business performance
