At Raising Cane's, the role of Restaurant Manager plays a pivotal part in the continued success and rapid growth of each restaurant location. This full-time position offers a competitive starting pay of $24.00 per hour, which may adjust based on location and experience, making it an attractive opportunity in the food service industry. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader by managing daily restaurant operations during shifts and ensuring that all policies, standards, and safety regulations are followed meticulously. This role demands hands-on leadership within a fast-paced kitchen and front-of-house environment, requiring physical stamina, attentiveness to food safety and quality standards, and constant interaction with customers and staff.
The Restaurant Manager's core duties include overseeing all operational zones within the restaurant during shifts, acting as the manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant, managing cash handling procedures with accountability, and enforcing company policies. Furthermore, this role requires an individual who is detail-oriented and proficient in multitasking to handle the dynamic nature of restaurant operations effectively. The position also demands strong leadership skills to direct and motivate crewmembers, ensuring exemplary customer service and promoting a positive work culture through recognition programs. Maintaining the cleanliness and proper functioning of the facility is another vital aspect of this role, alongside executing shift management reports and documentation responsibilities.

Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends
- able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
- knowledge of staffing, scheduling, people and cost management
- proficient in microsoft office and ability to learn new systems
- must complete all required raising cane's training programs
- 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
