Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience
- ability and willingness to work long shifts including weekends and holidays
- valid driver’s license
- fluency in English
- strong communication and organizational skills
- ability to lead and motivate a team

- manage all store operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities

- maintain a caring attitude and dedication to Cracker Barrel hospitality
- collaborate with home office support for operational success
