Job Requirements

  • must be at least 21 years old
  • represent Cooper's Hawk values
  • capable of lifting and carrying up to 40 lbs
  • able to stand for at least 10 hours per shift
  • able to work 50-60 hours per week
  • flexible availability including weekends and some holidays
  • able to use POS systems and inventory software
  • strong organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • minimum 1-2 years supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant
  • preferred scratch kitchen experience
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • results-driven with coaching ability
  • financial acumen
  • proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • preferred ServSafe and state/local licensing certifications
  • ability to communicate effectively in English

Job Duties

  • manage daily restaurant operations
  • grow and inspire team members
  • deliver exceptional hospitality to guests
  • oversee retail market and Wine Club program
  • maintain high standards of service and safety
  • conduct weekly inventory and manage financial performance
  • hire, train, and schedule staff
  • foster collaboration between kitchen and front-of-house teams
  • lead department and community meetings
  • coach team members for smooth shift execution
  • partner with General Manager to meet restaurant goals
  • represent Cooper's Hawk values to create an inclusive culture
  • support team with tools and training
  • provide personalized guest service
  • build and grow the Wine Club community
