Job Description
Cooper's Hawk is a distinguished lifestyle brand centered around a Napa-style tasting room that seamlessly blends wine-inspired retail with a full-service restaurant, bar, and private event space. Established in 2005, Cooper's Hawk has been dedicated to offering guests a modern-yet-casual dining experience that showcases a scratch kitchen menu carefully designed to complement their exceptional wines. The brand is particularly renowned for its expansive Wine Club, arguably one of the largest globally, providing members with exclusive access to award-winning wines as well as unique curated dining and travel experiences. This combination of hospitality, culinary excellence, and a vibrant wine community reflects Cooper's Hawk's commitment to delivering a multifaceted Napa Valley-inspired lifestyle to guests and members alike. Recently expanding its cultural palette, Cooper's Hawk introduced Piccolo Buco by Cooper's Hawk, bringing the rich, vibrant flavors of Rome to complement its signature offerings. This addition further enhances the brand's ability to craft memorable culinary experiences that transcend traditional dining, creating a dynamic and evolving hospitality destination.
The role of a Restaurant Manager at Cooper's Hawk is crafted for professionals who thrive in high-energy, high-volume environments characterized by complexity and a focus on quality. Beyond managing daily operations, the Restaurant Manager is vital in cultivating and inspiring a passionate team dedicated to delivering uncompromising hospitality. This leadership role encompasses overseeing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including a retail market and an active Wine Club program, thereby requiring a manager who is as adept in operational efficiency as they are in fostering community and engagement. Key responsibilities extend to financial oversight, team development, and executing strategic initiatives to promote growth in the Wine Club community. Managers at Cooper's Hawk are expected not only to maintain the brand's high standards of service and hospitality but also to innovate and personalize guest interactions, adding distinctive touches that transform routine visits into lasting memories. This role demands a hands-on leader who is ready to take ownership of their space, proactively solving problems and enhancing operational workflows while ensuring a safe and inclusive environment. With competitive benefits, including substantial dining discounts, comprehensive healthcare packages, and career development opportunities, Cooper's Hawk provides a supportive atmosphere where Restaurant Managers can excel and build rewarding careers within a celebrated and growing hospitality brand.
