Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or related leadership position
  • Ability to work up to 50 hours per week
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work weekends and flexible hours
  • Commitment to upholding safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Experience with financial oversight and labor management

Job Duties

  • Lead restaurant team to ensure high-quality service and operational excellence
  • Manage daily restaurant operations and uphold safety and sanitation standards

  • Implement company policies and procedures in compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Monitor financial performance including labor costs, inventory, and profitability
