Twin Peaks is a well-established restaurant and bar renowned for delivering a unique and memorable dining experience that blends exceptional food, beverage, and hospitality with a welcoming and dynamic atmosphere. The brand is recognized for its mountain-lodge-inspired decor and its distinctive approach to providing a relaxed, engaging environment for guests. Twin Peaks emphasizes not only quality service and culinary excellence but also a culture of teamwork and community involvement, making it a popular destination for both casual diners and enthusiasts of the hospitality industry. With multiple locations across the country, Twin Peaks has built a reputation for maintaining high standards across its stores, focusing on guest satisfaction and a vibrant work environment that promotes career growth for its employees.
The Manager role at Twin Peaks is a pivotal position that requires strong leadership and operational skills to effectively oversee the day-to-day functions of the store. This job demands a manager who can direct and inspire employees to maintain a profitable and efficient store environment while providing best-in-class service, hospitality, and food and beverage quality to every guest. The manager must handle a variety of critical responsibilities including cost management, local store marketing, recruiting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. This role is designed for proactive leaders who excel in dynamic, high-volume restaurant and bar settings and who are passionate about fostering teamwork, maintaining high standards, and enhancing the overall guest experience.
In this role, the manager will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety standards according to health codes, managing alcohol service in compliance with legal guidelines, and holding all team members accountable to strict operational and behavioral standards. Central to the position is the recruitment and development of staff, including the unique aspect of casting and motivating the Twin Peaks Girls according to established Audition Guidelines. Managers are required to lead by example, ensuring that all service and costume guidelines are upheld while fostering a positive work culture free from harassment and discrimination.
This position requires the ability to coach, mentor, and train team members effectively, manage inventory and scheduling based on performance metrics, and execute local marketing efforts to drive sales growth. Managers are expected to bring a professional demeanor to the workplace, maintain organized training programs, and ensure that all team members contribute to providing consistent P.E.A.K.S. (Professionalism, Enthusiasm, Attitude, Knowledge, Service) service to all guests. Physical stamina is necessary, as the role involves extended periods of standing, walking, and occasional lifting.
The Twin Peaks Manager role offers an opportunity to be a leader within a distinctive restaurant and bar concept that values both operational excellence and employee development. Candidates with leadership experience in high-volume hospitality environments who communicate effectively in English and preferably Spanish are well suited for this challenging yet rewarding position. The role demands comprehensive involvement in training, compliance, scheduling, and team motivation to maintain the energetic and guest-focused atmosphere that Twin Peaks is known for.
