Job Requirements

  • minimum of 1 year experience as a restaurant manager fast food or quick casual high-volume restaurants preferred
  • reliable transportation and punctuality
  • ability to work approximately a 47.5 hour work week with rotating shifts
  • willingness to commute up to 25-30 miles each way
  • strong leadership communication and organizational skills
  • self-motivation
  • independence initiative and desire to achieve
  • attitude of genuine passion for teamwork
  • ability to provide friendly guest atmosphere
  • engage and build relationships with guests and staff
  • creative ability to work with community and build sales
  • minimum age 18
  • authorized to work in the USA

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 1 year experience as a restaurant manager in fast food or quick casual high-volume restaurants preferred

  • excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • self-motivated with initiative and independence
  • genuine passion for teamwork and guest service
  • ability to work rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • authorized to work in the USA
  • at least 18 years of age

Job Duties

  • lead daily restaurant operations including staff motivation and guest service
  • maintain restaurant revenue, profitability, and quality goals
  • ensure efficient restaurant operations with high productivity and quality standards
  • create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for guests
  • invest in and develop team members through training and coaching
  • build relationships with guests and the local community to enhance sales
  • model Wendy's core values in all aspects of work
