Job Requirements

  • Minimum of five years experience in the restaurant industry
  • At least three years of restaurant management experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work full-time hours with a flexible schedule
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Capability to manage operational costs and staff performance
  • Commitment to maintaining health and safety standards
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work in person at the restaurant location

Job Qualifications

  • Experience with hospitality or foodservice operations preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations by leading Team Members, managing efficient workflows, and upholding high standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness
  • Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that promotes engagement and performance
  • Drive sales and profitability by executing operational strategies, managing labor and food costs, and identifying opportunities to optimize revenue and efficiency
  • Deliver exceptional Guest experiences by championing refreshingly real hospitality, anticipating Guest needs, and promptly resolving concerns to ensure a WOW! experience
  • Exceed compliance with health and safety regulations, liquor law adherence, food quality standards, and sanitation practices
  • Own Team Member development by providing regular feedback, conducting performance evaluations, and leading ongoing training
