We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team and lead with purpose. This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from $58,000 to $70,000 annually, paid weekly, and includes a flexible work schedule along with a comprehensive suite of employee benefits that start from day one. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of five years experience in the restaurant industry
  • At least three years of restaurant management experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work full-time hours with a flexible schedule
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Capability to manage operational costs and staff performance
  • Commitment to maintaining health and safety standards
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work in person at the restaurant location

Job Qualifications
