The establishment is deeply rooted in family values and community involvement, emphasizing acceptance, support, and inclusivity within its culture. Olive Garden's commitment to employees extends beyond the workplace, focusing on quality of life, career advancement, and a supportive atmosphere. Our Restaurant Managers play an integral role within our operations, bridging the connection between our valued guests, dedicated employees, and the overall success of the restaurant.

The Restaurant Manager position with Olive Garden offers a unique and rewarding career opportunity focused on leadership, development, and operational excellence. As a Restaurant Manager, you will report to the General Manager and be accountable for leading a team with a passion for outstanding service, winning attitudes, and relationship-building skills. Olive Garden fosters an environment that allows Restaurant Managers a balanced lifestyle, including a maximum of 50 work hours per week with two days off and one weekend off monthly, ensuring personal time and wellness. This role includes competitive salary options ranging from $55,000 to $63,000 per year, quarterly bonus eligibility, and immediate access to comprehensive benefits packages.

We provide significant career advancement opportunities, including extensive, specific training and development programs that enable managers to grow within the hospitality industry. Impressively, 99 percent of General Managers and Directors of Operations are promoted from within, highlighting our commitment to nurturing talent internally. Additional support includes tuition reimbursement and student loan assistance aimed at professional and personal growth.

Safety and sanitation are among our top priorities, with ongoing adherence to CDC Covid-19 protocols to ensure the health and well-being of team members, guests, and managers. Our Restaurant Managers play a pivotal role in maintaining these safety standards while inspiring their teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Olive Garden is also deeply committed to community involvement, having contributed more than 44 million pounds of food to hunger relief efforts and providing grants and donations to support team members and local food banks nationwide. Joining Olive Garden means becoming part of a team dedicated not only to culinary excellence but to making a meaningful difference in the communities we serve.

We pride ourselves on giving our managers the flexibility and support needed to balance their professional and personal lives, making this role an excellent fit for passionate leaders who thrive in a people-focused, results-driven environment.
