Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a restaurant manager
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work approximately 47.50 hours per week including rotating shifts days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Able to commute up to 25-30 miles each way to work
- Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivation
- Independence and initiative
- Genuine passion for teamwork
- Ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests
- Ability to engage and build relationships with guests and staff
- Ability to work with community to build sales
- 18 years of age
- Authorized to work in the USA
Job Qualifications

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Authorized to work in the USA
- 18 years of age or older
Job Duties
- Lead all aspects of the daily restaurant business such as delivering a high-quality menu and motivating staff to provide excellent guest service
- Maintain the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals ensuring efficient restaurant operation
- Maintain high production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards
- Create a friendly atmosphere for guests
- Invest in and develop team members to help them execute flawless service
- Support strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business
