The Restaurant Manager role at Ruth's Chris is a full-time position offering an annual salary range of $68,000 to $74,000. The manager oversees both the Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) teams, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of operations that result in memorable guest experiences.   • A minimum of one year of restaurant hospitality experience
  • Successful completion of corporate training program required
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict and provide mentorship
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends
