Job Requirements

  • 2 or more years of successful restaurant management experience
  • ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week including five 10-hour shifts
  • ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
  • a caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
  • valid driver's license

Job Duties

  • manage daily restaurant operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities

  • ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations
  • handle customer service issues with a caring and professional attitude
  • support employee training and development initiatives
  • monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies
  • collaborate with home office for operational support
