Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
  • ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
  • ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
  • a caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
  • valid driver’s license
  • must be fluent in English

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage a team effectively
  • knowledge of restaurant operations and safety standards
  • excellent communication skills in English
  • ability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends
  • valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • manage front-of-house and back-of-house store operations
  • lead and motivate restaurant staff to deliver exceptional guest service
  • ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • oversee daily restaurant functions including scheduling and inventory control
  • foster a positive work environment that supports employee growth
  • support and implement company policies and procedures
  • collaborate with home office teams to achieve business goals
