The role of Manager at Bonefish Grill is pivotal in maintaining the smooth daily operations of the restaurant, overseeing both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) functions. Working with limited supervision, the Manager is responsible for ensuring the restaurant maintains high standards of appearance, presentation, and overall customer experience.
