Bonefish Grill is a renowned casual dining seafood restaurant brand that has been passionately serving fresh, high-quality dishes inspired by coastal flavors and culinary innovation. With a rich legacy in the hospitality industry, Bonefish Grill has established itself as a beloved dining destination known for its exceptional food, inviting atmosphere, and handcrafted cocktails served at its Big City Bar. The company prides itself on its core belief that taking care of its people ensures the overall success of the business, a philosophy that drives its culture, operations, and commitment to both employees and guests.

As a leading restaurant in its category, Bonefish Grill continuously evolves its menu offerings to provide a unique dining experience that reflects creativity, freshness, and quality. Their dedication to excellence extends beyond the kitchen into every aspect of the restaurant, from superb customer service to maintaining a welcoming environment. Employing innovative technologies and fostering a supportive work culture, Bonefish Grill strives to empower its team members to grow professionally while delivering unforgettable experiences to its customers.

The role of Manager at Bonefish Grill is essential in maintaining the smooth and effective daily operations of the front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) functions. This leadership position requires a candidate who can manage multiple responsibilities such as ensuring the restaurant’s visual appearance meets brand standards, overseeing staff performance, and providing excellent customer experiences. This position demands a professional who not only leads by example but also cultivates a positive and engaging work environment. With limited supervision, the Manager is tasked to uphold the highest standards in food preparation, service, safety, and sanitation.

Key responsibilities for the Manager include assisting with staffing management by scheduling, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring to maintain a high standard of employee quality aligned with the Bonefish Grill brand. The Manager also takes an active role in the career development and growth of hourly team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and advancement within the restaurant. Implementation of effective security protocols is essential to safeguard both employees and guests, ensuring a safe dining environment at all times.

Compliance with operational guidelines, safety regulations, sanitation protocols, company policies, and legal requirements is a critical component of the role. This includes preparing for and passing health inspections by meeting all state-mandated standards. The Manager must also engage with customer feedback actively, responding to guest comments to build loyalty and set a high service standard. A thorough knowledge of the entire menu and preparation standards is necessary to support the team and enhance guest satisfaction. Additionally, the Manager is encouraged to participate in community and market-related initiatives to boost local engagement and brand presence.

Bonefish Grill offers competitive compensation that varies by location, with the potential for bonuses based on eligibility and company performance. The company also places a strong emphasis on diversity and inclusion, proudly acting as an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to providing fair employment opportunities regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, genetic information, or other protected statuses.
