Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role
  • ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • strong communication skills
  • capability to manage and motivate a team effectively
  • proficiency in basic math and budgeting
  • flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • willingness to accept feedback and adapt to company policies and procedures
  • commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment

  • maintains restaurant cleanliness inside and outside by following JIB cleaning and maintenance procedures
  • utilizes management information tools to analyze restaurant operational and financial performance
  • focuses efforts on increasing restaurant sales and profitability
  • monitors cost to ensure adherence to budgets and restaurant goals
