Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role
- ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication skills
- capability to manage and motivate a team effectively
- proficiency in basic math and budgeting
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- willingness to accept feedback and adapt to company policies and procedures
- commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment

- maintains restaurant cleanliness inside and outside by following JIB cleaning and maintenance procedures
- utilizes management information tools to analyze restaurant operational and financial performance
- focuses efforts on increasing restaurant sales and profitability
- monitors cost to ensure adherence to budgets and restaurant goals
