We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join our team on a full-time, exempt basis. This entry-level management role offers a unique opportunity to learn and master the operational aspects of our business while developing the skills required to successfully manage one of our stores. The Restaurant Manager will be instrumental in overseeing daily restaurant operations including staffing, training, cost control, service standards, and customer satisfaction. This role entails responsibility for maintaining a clean and safe environment, handling cash operations, motivating staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols. The successful candidate will play a vital role in fostering growth among team members through mentorship and training, contributing to a positive workplace culture. Moreover, the Restaurant Manager will address customer concerns promptly to guarantee an outstanding dining experience, manage supplies efficiently, and ensure adherence to all federal and state regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of working in hospitality industry / management experience preferred
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
  • Experience in supervising and managing staff preferred
  • Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Job Duties

  • Oversees production of food according to sanitation and quality standards
  • Manages and mentors staff, including recruiting/hiring/training of all employees, overseeing HR/payroll, managing issues of discipline/termination, ensuring ongoing training/education
  • Manages supplies and ensures orderly work areas
  • Ensures that work areas are clean and that equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored
  • Ensures compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and all company policies
  • Provides timely and accurate reports as required
  • Addresses customer concerns and issues
  • Ensures stated goals are met
