Job Duties
- Hire, train, develop, schedule, and evaluate managers and hourly team members in his/her store
- Ensure that the restaurant is safe and professional and that guests and employees are having fun
- Provide clear benchmarks and expectations to hourly team members so each shift runs smoothly
- Oversee and ensure all hourly team members' performance meets company expectations through constant follow-up and communication
- Respond to immediate store needs by managing issues promptly
- Execute all operations policies, procedures, and programs within the store and ensure compliance
- Report information to the General Manager through plans of action and goals to improve Sonny's brand
