Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 1 year experience in restaurant supervision or management
  • ability to work up to 50 hours per week
  • willingness to work weekends and holidays
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • strong problem-solving capabilities

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous restaurant management experience preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • proficiency in restaurant management software is a plus
  • knowledge of health and safety standards
  • positive attitude with a strong work ethic

Job Duties

  • oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of service and quality
  • lead and motivate team members to achieve excellent guest satisfaction
  • manage staffing needs including hiring, training, and scheduling
  • monitor and control restaurant costs such as labor, food, and supplies
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
  • collaborate with General Managers on strategic planning and business development
