- minimum of 1 year experience in restaurant supervision or management
- ability to work up to 50 hours per week
- willingness to work weekends and holidays
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- strong problem-solving capabilities
Job Qualifications

- previous restaurant management experience preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- proficiency in restaurant management software is a plus
- knowledge of health and safety standards

Job Duties
- oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of service and quality
- lead and motivate team members to achieve excellent guest satisfaction
- manage staffing needs including hiring, training, and scheduling
- monitor and control restaurant costs such as labor, food, and supplies
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
- collaborate with General Managers on strategic planning and business development
