Job Duties
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and uphold service standards
- Lead, coach, and develop restaurant team members
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure high-quality food and beverage service
- Implement company policies and operational procedures
