Job Duties

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences and uphold service standards
  • Lead, coach, and develop restaurant team members
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure high-quality food and beverage service
  • Implement company policies and operational procedures
